Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing and implementing strategies to generate leads, and maintaining client relationships. The role also includes regular customer service interactions and conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business research to identify potential clients and market trends.

2. Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers.

4. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze sales data and track progress.

5. Support the implementation of effective email marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads.

6. Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications
 Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
 Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
 Experience in Lead Generation and developing business strategies
 Ability to work with and analyze data to improve business operations
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
 Experience in the education industry is a plus
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
