- Responsibilities:
A professional, self driven & enthusiastic person who have strong experience in IT Service Sales/Software Sales in international market (Any)
To identify and connect with key decision makers of leading corporates using right channels.
Solution provider for Pre and post sales offshore, onsite, nearshore requirements.
Familiarity with software sales / solution sales environments.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Will be required to sell enterprise software to clients.
Send focused mailers to key decision-makers informing them of our services and value proposition.
Make online presentations and demos to "C" level executives
Will need to plan a lead generation strategy
Will need to then execute the strategy by meeting clients, making pitches and eventually closing the business
Incumbent should have a very good understanding of social media listening and how it can create serious value for. business.
Accustomed to thinking creatively, quickly and be able to handle any queries or objections effectively and satisfactorily
Able to thrive in an exciting, rewarding and competitive environment
To address any queries on the proposal and thoroughly follow-up to ensure prompt closures.
Able to accept personal ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
Follows through on leads and tasks, aims to not just complete tasks on time but exceed targets
Independent thinker and worker, who can take cues and direction from leaders and others and find innovative ways to reach goals \ desired results
Coordinate with prospects and chase till the deal is closed.
Build professional rapport with key clients to increase the business.
Should have excellent presentation and communication skills
Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter
Should be very good at giving presentations
Should be completely revenue focused
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales target
Achieve forecasted sales through set monthly, quarterly & yearly target. A Hustler!
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
