Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Client Services Representative role located in the bustling Kamala Mills at Lower Parel. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, communicating with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service inquiries. The Client Services Representative will also be responsible for managing client finances. Prior Brand Experience is preferred.

Strong client services skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Customer service skills
Experience in finance management
Bachelor's degree in Business. Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus,
