Job description

 Develop and implement the Go-to-market strategy for MEDIA Production & Online business.

 Develop and execute lead generation and demand generation programs.

 Formulate demand creation strategies and new product service offerings to improve revenue streams and meet market demands.

 Build new & innovative growth strategies through digital marketing & exploit personal connect to draw business from brands and agencies.

 Locate, present and propose potential business deals to potential customers.

 Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

 Collaboration with internal stakeholders to adapting existing offerings to new business opportunities and new revenue streams.

 Develop BI frameworks for data analytics, predictive modelling and market assessments.

 Develop the sales team and the digital marketing team and report to the CEO.

Qualifications:

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.

On -site Location : MUMBAI

Relevant Experience:

 Overall Marketing & Branding Experience of 10 years

 At least 5 years of recent proven BD working experience in a B2B scenario.

 Market knowledge & BD experience in Advertising space .

 Exposure to selling digital products online  Stock Images/ Edtech/ Fintech, etc.

 Proven sales track record working experience as a business development manager.

 Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and collaboration tools.

 Must have experience leading multiple types of digital marketing campaigns.

 Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Strong leadership, communication, inter-personal, negotiation and closing .
