- Lead and empower a team of Pre-Sales representatives to achieve and exceed lead generation and qualification goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and target high-value prospects.
- Coach and mentor team members through individual training sessions, performance feedback, and ongoing guidance.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Identify areas for improvement in pre-sales processes and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support to Pre-Sales representatives by handling complex inquiries and qualifying leads.
- Manage team schedules, leaves of absence, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment for the team.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and competitor offerings to effectively train and guide the team.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Generate reports on team performance and lead generation activities.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Business Development role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and qualification goals.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Process is a Plus poin.
