Graphic Designer Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe InDesign and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their design capabilities. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and meet our marketing and promotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
Prepare final artwork for printing and digital distribution.
Review and proofread designs for errors before printing or publishing.
Maintain a well-organized library of design assets and project files.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and project types.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
