Location: Moti Nagar Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift (9:30am - 6:30pm)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operation Team Leader with a background in life insurance to join our team in PNB MET LIFE INSURANCE OB. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in outbound operations in life insurance
- Ability to lead a team and achieve targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of outbound professionals to achieve targets and goals
- Ensure excellent communication with clients and team members
- Analyze data and generate reports using Excel
- Ensure process adherence and quality standards
- Meet performance targets and KPIs
Salary: Up to 30k per month
Requirements:
- Proven experience in life insurance outbound operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work in a day shift (9:30am - 6:30pm)
