UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Key Responsibilities
 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
 Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
 Design and deliver high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
 Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
 Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
 Conduct usability testing and provide actionable insights for enhancing user experiences.
 Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
 Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills And Qualifications
 Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
 Proficiency. in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.
 Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
 Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
 Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user needs.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
 Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure, Marvel, or similar.
 Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
 Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies.
 Knowledge of front-end development is an added advantage.
